Executive Leadership Coaching

Leadership Coaching “sharpens the saw” (Covey, Habits of Highly Effective People) of your leadership skills. John is willing to work with a limited number of executive level clients who would benefit from a short term coaching relationship. Coaching takes place in twice monthly phone appointments. There is a covenant agreement between the coach and leader and a regular evaluation. This is a tool that can revolutionize your leadership effectiveness.
